On Thursday, 12 February 2015, at night at 2:50, in Vilniaus district municipality, Gineitiškių village, on Žirgų street near No. 3, an Audi A4 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Audi, who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.33‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
