On Saturday, 21 February 2015, in the morning at 9:30, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Kaišiadorys–Stasiūnai–Triliškės regional road (kilometre 4.50), a Volkswagen Golf ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
