On Saturday, 15 February 2020, in the morning at 8:01, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Kaišiadorys–Stasiūnai–Triliškės regional road (kilometre 4.50), a Volvo S40 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Volvo, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
