On Monday, 16 March 2015, in the evening at 17:39, in Trakų district municipality, on the Trakai–Rūdiškės–Pivašiūnai–Alytus national road (kilometre 1), a Nissan X-Trail rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Nissan (24 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
