On Monday, 6 April 2015, in the morning at 8:14, in Kelmės district municipality, on the Tytuvėnai–Pakapė–Šiauliai regional road (kilometre 17.40), a Renault Espace ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Renault, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
