On Tuesday, 14 April 2015, in the afternoon at 13:12, in Vilnius, on V. Šopeno street near No. 3, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Skoda Octavia and a Volkswagen Sharan. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Skoda (17 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
