On Thursday, 7 May 2015, in the evening at 19:25, in Klaipėdos district municipality, Aukštkiemių village, on Olandų street, at the junction with Jungtinė street, a head-on collision occurred. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the BMW, who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
