On Saturday, 4 July 2015, in the evening at 22:25, in Skuodo district municipality, on Vilniaus street near No. 34B, an Isuzu Monterey hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 53-year-old driver of the Isuzu (30 years of driving experience), who entered the oncoming traffic lane. He was drunk (2.03‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
