On Wednesday, 1 July 2015, in the evening at 22:30, in Vilnius, on Eišiškių pl. near No. 45, a Longjia Caper 50 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 4-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by a 4-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc.. The driver was sober. The 29-year-old driver of the Longjia had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
