On Friday, 11 September 2015, in the evening at 18:40, in Kauno district municipality, on the Kaunas–Zapyškis–Šakiai national road (kilometre 7.20), a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Zafira, a Volkswagen Polo, a Toyota Avensis and a Mercedes-Benz E220.
