On Sunday, 13 September 2015, in the evening at 19:50, in Kaunas, on K. Baršausko street near No. 66A, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Seat Alhambra and a Nissan Primera. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 60-year-old driver of the Seat (30 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
