On Tuesday, 6 October 2015, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl. near No. 150, in a yard, a collision occurred. The collision involved a BMW 530 and a Volkswagen Caddy. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He was drunk (1.43‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
