On Sunday, 22 November 2015, in the afternoon at 16:30, in Kaunas, on Savanorių pr., at the junction with Kovo 11-osios street, an Audi A6 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person died — a 64-year-old pedestrian (later died from the injuries). The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was raining, the road surface was wet.
