On Saturday, 21 November 2015, in the morning at 10:05, in Kaunas, on M. Daukšos street near No. 41, an Opel Vivaro hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person died — a 87-year-old pedestrian. The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the Opel (37 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties.
