On Monday, 7 December 2015, in the afternoon at 15:48, in Jonavos district municipality, on Žeimių street near No. 5, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Ford Mondeo, a Seat Cordoba Vario and a Ford Focus C-MAX. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Ford Mondeo, who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
