On Friday, 18 December 2015, in the evening at 18:30, in Klaipėda, on Poilsio street, at the junction with Kalnupės street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a BMW 730 and a Nissan X-Trail. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
