On Monday, 25 January 2016, in the afternoon at 14:40, in Zarasų district municipality, Juodalaukių village, on the Kaunas–Zarasai–Daugpilis (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta k. pusė) main road (kilometre 178.10), a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved an Audi 100 and a car. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection.
