On Tuesday, 2 February 2016, in the evening at 17:10, in Šiauliai, on Tilžės street, at the junction with J. Jablonskio street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
