On Wednesday, 2 March 2016, in the evening at 18:10, in Klaipėda, on Ligoninės street near No. 7, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the Volvo (25 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to keep a safe distance.
