On Tuesday, 15 March 2016, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kaunas, on Savanorių pr., at the junction with Dubingių street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Rover 200, a Volkswagen Multivan and a BMW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
