On Thursday, 24 March 2016, in the afternoon at 12:20, in Kaunas, on Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. near No. 11, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Multivan and a BMW 120D. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (22 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
