On Saturday, 30 April 2016, in the afternoon at 14:30, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 41.69), a Renault Megane Scenic rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Renault, who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.40‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
