On Sunday, 1 May 2016, in the evening at 17:45, in Kėdainių district municipality, on the Jonava–Kėdainiai–Šeduva national road (kilometre 45), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a vehicle and an Audi 80. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to give way when changing direction and failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene.
