On Saturday, 2 April 2016, in the afternoon at 14:40, in Jurbarko district municipality, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda national road (kilometre 43.80), a Honda CBR 900 ran off the road. One person was injured — a 29-year-old passenger of the Honda (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Honda (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
