On Monday, 23 May 2016, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Kaunas, on K. Baršausko street near No. 66, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Movano and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Opel (1 year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
