On Monday, 20 June 2016, in the morning at 5:23, in Šiauliai, on Vytauto street near No. 84, a Volvo S40 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Volvo (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
