On Tuesday, 21 June 2016, at night at 3:52, in Utenos district municipality, on Kupiškio street, at the junction with J. Basanavičiaus street, a collision while turning right occurred. The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of the DAF (30 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations, failed to give way when crossing an intersection and failed to choose a safe speed.
