On Thursday, 14 July 2016, in the evening at around 17:00, in Kaunas, on Šiaurės pr., at the junction with V. Landsbergio-Žemkalnio street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz ML350 and a Chrysler Grand Voyager. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (16 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
