Volvo S60 and Mercedes-Benz crash at Šiaulių g. and A. Povyliaus g., Radviliškis
On Friday, 26 August 2016, in the evening at around 19:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, on Šiaulių street, at the junction with A. Povyliaus street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Volvo S60 and a Mercedes-Benz S 320 CDI. Three people were injured — a 24-year-old passenger of the Volvo (treated as an outpatient), a 27-year-old passenger of the Mercedes-Benz (treated as an outpatient) and a 28-year-old passenger of the Mercedes-Benz (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Volvo (5 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
