Mitsubishi Outlander and Toyota crash on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai road
On Thursday, 27 June 2024, in the afternoon at 13:50, in Radviliškio district municipality, on Šiaulių street, at the junction with Vytauto street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Mitsubishi Outlander and a Toyota Corolla. Two people were injured — a 30-year-old passenger of the Toyota (treated as an outpatient) and a 41-year-old passenger of the Toyota (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (14 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
