On Monday, 5 September 2016, in the evening at 21:40, in Kaunas, on Nuokalnės street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz E220 and a Skoda Octavia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (9 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
