On Saturday, 10 September 2016, at night at 4:18, in Panevėžys, on Klaipėdos street, at the junction with Respublikos street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 330D and a Citroen Xsara Picasso. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW (5 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
