On Monday, 19 September 2016, in the morning at 8:09, in Vilnius, on Žemoji street, at the junction with S. Narutavičiaus street, a Toyota Land Cruiser (150 SERIES) hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. Two people were injured — a 40-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized) and a 7-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Toyota (5 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober.
