On Monday, 19 September 2016, in the afternoon at 15:21, in Kaunas, on Savanorių pr. near No. 142, a Chrysler Voyager hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 30-year-old pedestrian, who committed other traffic rule violations and was crossing the carriageway where prohibited. He was drunk (0.51‰ blood alcohol).
