On Thursday, 29 September 2016, in the morning at 9:30, in Radviliškio district municipality, on Vytauto Landsbergio-Žemkalnio street, at the junction with Žalgirio street, a collision with a bicycle occurred. The collision involved a Ford Galaxy and a bicycle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 67-year-old driver of the Ford (41 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties and failed to give way when crossing an intersection.
