On Tuesday, 23 July 2019, in the afternoon at 11:10, in Radviliškio district municipality, on Vytauto Landsbergio-Žemkalnio street, at the junction with Žalgirio street, an Audi A6 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person died — a 90-year-old pedestrian (later died from the injuries). The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Audi (1 year of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
