On Saturday, 12 November 2016, at night at 23:58, in Klaipėdos district municipality, Vėžaičių town, on Samališkės street near No. 21, an Opel Omega rolled over. Two people were injured — the 22-year-old driver of the Opel (treated as an outpatient) and a 15-year-old passenger of the Opel (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.76‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
