On Saturday, 3 December 2016, in the evening at around 17:00, in Kaunas, on Ukmergės street near No. 9A, a Volkswagen Golf hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 9-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc.. The driver was sober.
