On Saturday, 10 December 2016, at night at 4:15, in Šiauliai, on Draugystės pr. near No. 25, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi A6 and an Audi A4 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Audi A6, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.06‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
