On Wednesday, 4 January 2017, in the evening at 17:50, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on Klaipėdos street near No. 53, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Skoda Fabia and an Audi 100. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Skoda (19 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober.
