On Friday, 24 February 2017, in the evening at 19:30, in Kaunas, on Taikos pr., at the junction with Kovo 11-osios street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Nissan Terrano II and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 60-year-old driver of the Nissan (29 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober.
