On Thursday, 9 March 2017, in the evening at 20:15, in Vilnius, on Savanorių pr., at the junction with J. Basanavičiaus street, a Mini Cooper S ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of a BMW 318d (5 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
