On Friday, 28 April 2017, in the morning at 7:58, in Kaunas, on Šauklių street, at the junction with Jonavos street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Dacia registered in Sweden and a Land Rover Range Rover Sport. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Dacia (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
