On Sunday, 3 September 2017, at night at 0:24, in Klaipėdos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 295.22), a DAF FT XF105.460 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the DAF (less than a year of driving experience). The driver was sober.
