On Wednesday, 6 September 2017, in the afternoon at 15:05, in Kaunas, on Kovo 11-osios street, at the junction with Dujotiekio street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Renault VEL Satis and a Solaris Urbino 12. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Renault (5 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
