On Saturday, 16 September 2017, in the morning at 10:21, in Jonavos district municipality, on Kauno street near No. 6, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 306 and a Subaru Impreza. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.74‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
