On Tuesday, 17 October 2017, in the morning at 6:20, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Joniškis–Žeimelis–Pasvalys national road (kilometre 63.51), an Audi A6 Avant ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Audi (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
