On Thursday, 16 November 2017, in the evening at 20:59, in Kaunas, on H. ir O. Minkovskių street, at the junction with Veiverių street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Iveco Stralis AS 440S48 registered in Turkey, a Renault Trafic registered in Sweden and a Tirsan registered in Turkey. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Iveco (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
