On Friday, 17 November 2017, in the morning at 7:45, in Kaunas, on M. Riomerio street near No. 23, a Peugeot Boxer hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 9-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc.. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
