On Friday, 8 December 2017, in the morning at around 10:00, in Kaunas, on Žiemgalių street near No. 19, a Mercedes-Benz Viano ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 63-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (45 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
